Investors receive an annual interest rate of 8.25% on their invested capital. The interest is distributed every year. The capital invested is repaid in full to the investors at the end of the short term of a maximum of 24 months.

RENDITY Immediate interest - interest from the 1st day

Investors receive the Rendity immediate interest from the moment they deposit their investment, which is paid out as soon as the subscription period expires. With Rendity Immediate Interest, investors receive interest on their invested capital not only for the term of the loan, but also for the period prior to that. This means that investors receive interest on their investment even during the subscription period. The accrued Rendity Instant Interest is already paid out to the Wallet after the end of the subscription period.

The closest district to Groß-Enzersdorf is the 22nd district of Vienna, which is also known as "Donaustadt". It is located east of the city center and is Vienna's most populous district. The Donau Zentrum, built in 2009, is a shopping center in the 22nd district of Vienna and can be reached by bus 26A in only 40 minutes. On an area of about 225,000 m² there are more than 250 business, gastronomy and entertainment businesses and make the Donau Zentrum (together with the connected Donauplex) the largest shopping center in Vienna. The Donau Zentrum is characterized by its extensive shopping offer and is also home to a cinema and numerous restaurants. The shopping center can be easily reached by car and also by public transport - the U1 and various bus and streetcar lines stop directly in front of it.
