The project "Flurstraße 3" is a new construction project in which 2 urban villas with a net living space of approximately 674 m² and a total of 10 residential units with a living area of 63 m² to 87 m² will be built. The development project is located in an excellent location in the municipality of Velden am Wörthersee in the district of Klagenfurt in Carinthia and offers spacious terraces and balconies. During the term, the lender will receive an annual distribution of 6.50%.

The pleasant bathing temperature is especially popular with summer tourists, as bathing is possible until well into September. A special feature of Lake Wörthersee is its milky-turquoise color, which is created by the lime-rich water and colors the water idyllically, especially in summer. With autumn 2019, the lido in Reifnitz was also rebuilt and modernized for the 2020 bathing season, as the number of visitors increases every year. In addition, the range of water trend sports on offer throughout Lake Wörthersee is growing, which means that additional guests are traveling to Lake Wörthersee, especially for the extended season. In addition to sailing, water skiing and parasailing, new water sports such as wakeboarding are also gaining in popularity and importance on Lake Wörthersee.
Klagenfurt can be reached in just a few minutes by car from Reifnitz. The "Minimundus" miniature park is located on a site of over 26,000 m² and exhibits 159 miniature models of well-known buildings, ships and trains from all continents on a scale of 1:25. Originally opened in 1958, more than 15 million people have already visited the park, with the net proceeds of the Minimundus park going to the "Save the Child" charity, which also owns the park. About a third of the models in the park depict significant buildings from Austria, while the majority of models cover the world's most significant landmarks and monuments.
