A total of 106 residential units with a living space of between 36 m² and 66 m² on 10 floors plus open spaces such as roof terraces, terraces and gardens are being built. The property has already been acquired and planning activities are in full swing. The aim is to sell the apartments individually at market prices.
During the term, the lender will receive an annual distribution of 6.25%.
The lender receives its invested capital back after the sale of the apartments. According to the plan, this is to take place after 30 months.
The 22nd district in Vienna, also known as "Wien Donaustadt", is home to a variety of leisure and recreation areas.
