EIN BAUERNHOF in western Styria is the first property that Karl Haring comes into contact with. The founder and sole owner of the Haring Group grew up in his parents' farming business and so a future as a farmer was initially also obvious to him. However, things turned out differently, even if "land" and "economy" were to play a major role... After completing his commercial training in a Styrian construction company, Karl Haring went into business for himself - first with parquet floors, then with entire houses. In 2005 he founded his own company, Hart & Haring Bauträger GmbH, together with a partner. It is the beginning of an impressive success story.

Denise Smetana discovered her passion for selling real estate early on. Through her work in this segment, the enthusiastic sportswoman has acquired a great deal of know-how with great ambition. She has now been working in leading positions in the Haring Group for more than ten years. Since summer 2018, she has been managing director of the company.
