Right in the historic city center of Vienna, the developer JP Immobilien is building residential property consisting of 73 city apartments called No10. The architectural design stems from the award-winning architectural office 3XN, based in Copenhagen. Bringing Manhattan 5th Avenue flair to Vienna was the goal of this undertaking.
The smart apartments, ranging from 55m² to 250m², are all designed to be convenient and elegant at the same time, only using quality materials. With various benefits No10 adds layers of service to the first-class living experience: residents can use the custom entertainment room for private dinner parties and events or work out in the exclusive gym area. The underground garage features electronic charging devices for electric vehicles.
The lot was acquired in 2014. In the meantime the developer has received the building permit for project and will start construction in the beginning of 2018.
From an investor's point of view, it is extremely positive that more than half of all apartments have already been sold. The No10 thus impressively shows that this real estate project is well received by the customers.
This is as central as you can get within Vienna: No10 is located only minutes away from the famous Stephansdom, an important tourist attraction and landmark of Vienna. You can easily access the high street retail areas of “Graben” and “Kohlmarkt” but also public transportation hubs such as the “Schottentor” or “Stephansplatz”.
Investors will receive a return of 5,25% per year based on a yearly distribution. At the end of the term the investors will receive their invested capital.
For years Vienna has been on top of international city rankings for its high livability. Due to Vienna’s great mix of culture, affordability, cleanliness, public transport, and other aspects it has been awarded “Quality of Living 2017” by the international consulting firm Mercer Consulting for many years in a row now. In comparison to other top cities Vienna has a fairly low cost of living.
JP Immobilien is an experienced real estate developer with a strong focus on Vienna and active in the following fields: investment, development, renovation, sales and property management. These pillars are the foundation of JP Immobilien’s 20-year experience in the real estate industry.
The progressive and Scandinavian approach by architectural office 3XN took first place in the international competition held by JP Immobilien. 3XN, based in Copenhagen, is an international architectural office with offices in New York, Sydney, and Stockholm. Currently they are also working on other landmark development projects such as the new headquarter of the Olympic Committee in Lausanne, Switzerland, or a high rise residential project in in Mumbai, India.

The Hofburg is a former imperial residence and was the seat of power of the Habsburg dynasty rulers in Vienna from the 13th century. Since 1945, it has been the official residence of the Austrian President. The largest part of the Austrian National Library is located in the Hofburg, as well as numerous museums such as the Albertina and the Federal Monuments Office.
Vienna's St. Stephen's Cathedral, architectural masterpiece and important cultural heritage is considered Austria's landmark. Impressed by its beauty, more than 5.2 million people visit St. Stephen's Cathedral every year. Since 1365, the “Stephansdom” has undergone numerous architectural changes since it was first completed. Below the cathedral is the Duke's Crypt, where numerous kings and archdukes have been buried throughout history.
The University of Vienna is one of the largest universities in Europe with currently 187 study programs and more than 90.000 students. The main building of the university stretches over a gigantic area located at the University Ring and forms a special eye-catcher with its “Arkadenhof”, a grand courtyard. The main building was built in 1873 by Heinrich Freiherr von Ferstel in the style of the Italian High Renaissance and was considered a tribute to the first golden age of the sciences in Europe. The spacious campus has extensive green open spaces and invites you to read and relax.
The town hall is the seat of the government and administration of Vienna. It also houses the offices of the mayor of Vienna. The town hall is a monumental neo-Gothic building with individual Renaissance elements which enchants tourists as well as residents - especially in the evening, with its romantic lighting. Every year numerous events, organized by the City of Vienna, take place at the Rathausplatz, such as the extensive Christmas Market with a skating rink or the world-famous Life Ball, hosted by Gery Keszler which takes place every summer.
The Burgtheater is considered one of the most famous stages in Europe and is known for its traditional speech style. The theater is located on the ring opposite to the town. The world-famous painter Gustav Klimt created the ceiling paintings of the staircases of the theater. The Burgtheater has always been in the spotlight of the Viennese Society, so it is hardly surprising that it was always considered particularly noble to go to "die Burg". Each season, at least 30 pieces of top-class actors and dancers from all over the world are played.
