Project Presentation

The project Stumpergasse 7, 1060, is a new project of Realtrade Immobilien Group. The building with 22 residential and 7 commercial units currently has an existing area of 2,323m², of which approximately 640m² or about 28% is used as commercial used as commercial space. The rest is used for residential purposes. A possible expansion of the space by approximately 970m² plus 460m² has been confirmed by an expert opinion.
