Ernst Fuchs Museum - Otto Wagner Villa

Otto Wagner had the building he designed built from 1886 to 1888 as a summer residence on the edge of the Vienna Woods. The construction and design of the villa, which was long threatened by decay, can be traced back to Otto Wagner. Until the death of Ernst Fuchs in November 2015, the villa was owned by the Austrian artist, who is considered a key founder and representative of Fantastic Realism. The impressive private museum is located on the second floor of the premises and delights with a diverse cross-section of Fuchs' art. The Adolf Böhm Hall is also a special centerpiece of the museum. The latter was once commissioned by Otto Wagner to create the designs for the large Tiffany glass windows. They depict the Vienna Woods through the seasons and are the largest secular Art Nouveau windows known in Austria. The museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and tickets are available for 11 euros or reduced for 6 euros.

Technical Museum Vienna

The Technical Museum Vienna was initiated in 1908 - at that time still as the "Technical Museum for Industry and Trade". The occasion was the 60th anniversary of Emperor Franz Joseph I's accession to the throne. The foundation stone of the state museum was laid on June 20, 1909, and it was not opened until nine years later on May 6, 1918. Covering an area of 22,000 square meters, it inspires visitors with extraordinary insights into the world of technology. Separate areas for children, laboratories for experimenting, guided tours on specific topics and lots of exhibits to touch and try out guarantee an exciting stay for the whole family.

Hütteldofer Bad

The former Waldbad Penzing is a popular meeting place in the 14th district for all water rats all year round. The actual indoor pool spoils visitors with numerous attractions in summer as well. In addition to the sports pool, there are adventure areas with a flow channel, whirlpool and waterfall. Not to forget: The neck shower, which wonderfully loosens up cramped muscles after a long day at work or at the university. Younger bathers are also in good hands at Hütteldorf Bad, as there is a large water slide, water cannons, a play stream and a non-swimmers' pool. Jubilee station

The Jubiläumswarte is a lookout point on the Gallitzinberg on the western outskirts of Vienna. It is located at Johann-Staud-Strasse 80 on the Vogeltennwiese in Vienna's 16th district of Ottakring at an elevation of 449 meters above sea level. The viewing platform of the Jubiläumswarte is freely accessible, but it is closed during the winter months.

Allianz Stadium - Home of SK Rapid Wien

The Allianz Stadium can accommodate 28,600 visitors, 24,000 of whom are seated. As once designed by Gerhard Hanappi, the new stadium was built rotated by 90 degrees: Thus, the new main stand is located in the west; the home fans' stand is now situated in the south. The visitors' section is located on part of the north stand and can be reached via its own bus access. In contrast to the Hanappi Stadium, the corners of the Allianz Stadium are closed, which should ensure a higher spectator capacity and less noise pollution for local residents. The 90-degree turn means that the distance to the neighbors can be maintained and even increased on the east side. The integration of the floodlights into the stadium roof also ensures a reduced light impact on the surrounding properties.
