The object of the company is investment consulting within the meaning of the Industrial Code in the form of operating a crowdinvesting platform for real estate projects. The Company may also engage in all transactions that are directly or indirectly suitable for the purpose of the Company, except for banking and stock exchange trades and transactions for which a concession under the Investment Funds Act (including the Real Estate Investment Funds Act) and the Alternative Investment Funds Manager Act is required.
For all projects, feasibility studies, financial calculations, submission planning, appraisal and obtaining approvals by real estate developers are carried out on our platform prior to launch. The documents submitted by the developer in this context are subjected to extensive due diligence and are also examined by a certified public accountant for their consistency, completeness and comprehensibility.Charges
The registration and the use of our platform are completely free for investors. Issuers will be charged a one-time, project-specific processing fee and a half-yearly commission, depending on the amount of capital collected.
