Selection criteria for the admission of issuers

For all projects, feasibility studies, financial calculations, submission planning, appraisal and obtaining approvals by real estate developers are carried out on our platform prior to launch. The documents submitted by the developer in this context are subjected to extensive due diligence and are also examined by a certified public accountant for their consistency, completeness and comprehensibility.

Charges

The registration and the use of our platform are completely free for investors. Issuers will be charged a one-time, project-specific processing fee and a half-yearly commission, depending on the amount of capital collected.
