The project "Trabeniger Straße" is a new construction project in which 3 semi-detached houses with a living area of approximately 125 m² and a total of 8 residential units with a living area of 61 m² to 91 m² will be built. The development project is located in a good location in the municipality of Wernberg in the district of Villach in Carinthia and offers spacious terraces and balconies. Also 28 parking and carport spaces will be built. In total, the project has a net living area of 1,310 m².
The property is surrounded by all important amenities of the daily needs and is excellently connected due to the proximity to the center of Wernberg as well as Villach. The Südautobahn is only a few minutes away by car, which means that Villach city center can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Wernberg Castle is a largely Renaissance castle that stands on a rocky outcrop above the Drau River loop east of Villach. It has had numerous owners over the centuries, including the Khevenhüllers and Ossiach Abbey. Today it is a convent of the Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood.
Affenberg Landskron is a zoo in Villach and also Austria's largest outdoor monkey enclosure with about 160 Japanese macaques. Compared to other zoos, the animal enclosure is semi-free, which means that the animals live in a fenced, wooded area that provides a 40,000 m² habitat for the monkeys. The animals have a huge area at their disposal, of which only a small part is accessible to visitors. This allows the animals to decide for themselves whether they want to be with the visitors or whether they prefer to withdraw.
Lake Faak is the southernmost bathing lake in Austria and a true natural beauty. The water of Lake Faak shimmers turquoise blue and on the horizon the mountain ranges of the Karawanken rise into the sky. The scenery at Faaker See is truly stunningly beautiful and offers a wonderful vacation in Austria.
