The project "Löwenherzgasse 7" is a classic apartment building in Vienna's 3rd district Landstraße, which is being renovated and extended by a two-storey attic extension. The property currently comprises 17 residential units with an existing floor space of approximately 991 m² (total usable floor space). Not only the historical substance and structural characteristics of the existing building are convincing, but also the excellent location of the project site in terms of transport.
As part of the development project, existing units will be renovated and an additional 547 m² of usable living space will be created through the addition of another floor, increasing the total usable space to approximately 1,538 m².
