The project "Frauenstiftgasse 4" is a residential complex with a total of 27 residential units and 13 underground parking spaces with a total weighted floor space of approximately 1,700m ². The new building project is located in a good green area in the district of Floridsdorf in Vienna. The apartments are all equipped to a high standard and feature outstanding floor plans ranging in size from approx. 40m² - 115m². All units have outdoor spaces such as loggias, terraces or gardens.
The modern residential project is surrounded by all important amenities for daily needs and is excellently connected to the transport network due to its proximity to Brünnerstraße (individual transport), as well as streetcar lines 30 and 31. By car you can reach the Donauzentrum in a few minutes and the Donauinsel is also not far away.
The project is being realized by VMF Capital Invest, which has already successfully obtained the building permit after purchasing the land. Construction will start shortly and the planning has already been completed. Hospital North
Krankenhaus Nord - also known as Klinik Floridsdorf - was built on a former ÖBB site and opened for test operations in early April 2019. Full operations will start in summer 2019 and, according to current plans, will have a capacity for up to 40,000 inpatient admissions, 250,000 outpatient frequencies and around 16,000 surgical procedures with its 800 beds. It will occupy a central location in Vienna's hospital landscape.
###Alte Donau
The Old Danube is an oxbow of the Danube in Vienna. It lies to the northeast of the New Danube, which accompanies the main Danube stream, but has no direct connection with it or with the Danube itself. The Alte Donau an important recreational and bathing area, close to the city center thanks to the subway. Several very popular public lidos can be found on its banks, including the most famous of them, the Gänsehäufel. The Old Danube is excellent for water-related recreational activities and is popular for windsurfing and boating on summer days. There are a number of sailing schools and boat rental facilities along the Old Danube.
Shopping Center North
The Shopping-Center Nord - also known as SCN in Vienna and Vienna surroundings - is a shopping center with 36,000 m² of floor space and various stores for daily needs. It is currently undergoing renovations to better meet the needs of tomorrow's shoppers.
Donaupark
Donaupark is an approximately 604,000 m² park in Vienna's 22nd district Donaustadt. Donaupark is conveniently located between Wagramer Strasse, the Bruckhaufen housing estate, Arbeiterstrandbadstrasse and Hubertusdamm. Directly adjacent to the Danube Park, which originally extended to Wagramer Strasse, are the UNO City with the Vienna International Centre and the Austria Center Vienna, to the south of this is the Danube City and to the south of this the Copa Cagrana with the Danube Island leading to the New Danube. To the north, the Danube Park is bordered by the bathing beaches along the Old Danube.
Vienna International Center
The Vienna International Centre (VIC), also known as UNO-City, is one of four headquarters of the United Nations, along with New York, Geneva and Nairobi. UN City serves as the location for many organizations in the UN family that advance peace, human rights and sustainable development in a variety of ways. Its goal is to ensure the peaceful use of nuclear technology and outer space, put an end to nuclear testing, halt poverty, and curb the global impact of drugs, crime, and terrorism.
The UN City can be visited on multilingual guided tours. Tour highlights usually include a visit to a meeting room and exhibits, such as a piece of a real moon rock. Visitors interested in art have the opportunity to view original works by renowned artists on Wednesdays at 3:30 pm. The collection ranges from Friedensreich Hundertwasser to Hermann Nitsch.
