The project "Erzherzog-Karl-Straße 9" is in the immediate vicinity of the Alte Donau. The U1 station Kagran is only a few minutes' walk away and therefore ideally suited for owner-occupiers or for renting.

On the street side, the building consists of two full floors above ground and three attics. In the course of the construction measures 43 modern residential units will be created.
