Location

Welcome to 1210 Vienna

The 21st district or also called "Floridsdorf" is a district in the north of Vienna. It borders the Donaustadt district to the south and east and the second longest river in Europe, the Danube, to the south-west. On a size of about 45 km² live about 174,000 inhabitants. Floridsdorf is thus one of the most populous districts of Vienna after Favoriten and Donaustadt. The 21st district of Vienna is appreciated by its residents because of the easy accessibility of the city center and the proximity to recreational areas such as the Danube Island and the Old Danube. Despite its high population, Floridsdorf is in the lower quarter of Vienna's population density.

Micro-location Drygalskiweg

Nothing is worth more than a good location. The project "Drygalskiweg 51" is located on the edge of the 21st district of Vienna, on the border with the 22nd district "Donaustadt". The project is ideally located in close proximity to all kinds of local amenities. In only 9 minutes the subway station Kagran and thus also the popular Donau Zentrum, can be reached on foot. The Donau Zentrum offers an ideal location for a balanced shopping experience. The Alte Donau is also in close proximity.
