A total of 12 residential units and one business premises plus balconies and terraces with a total usable floor space of approx. 1,070m² and parking spaces will be built. The acquisition of the property has already taken place, the planning phase is in full swing and the building permit has already been submitted. The building permit is expected by the end of 2021, thereupon the start of construction should take place in spring 2022. At the same time as construction starts, sales will also commence. All residential units are to be sold individually through pre-sales or during construction. It is expected that construction activities will be completed no later than Q4 2023.
During the term, the lender will receive an annual distribution of 6.80%.
The lender will receive its invested capital back after completion of the urban villas. According to the planning, this is to take place after a maximum of 30 months.
