The project "Babenbergergasse 3" is an inventory revitalization including new construction in the center of Mödling near Vienna. In the course of the renovation and the development of the new building, 12 apartments, one commercial space and three parking spaces with about 1,070m² of usable space as well as balconies and terraces will be built. The residential units will be sold individually to end users and investment buyers.

The good location of the project is characterized by good public transport connections to the nearby Mödling train station and the proximity to the largest shopping center in Austria, the Shopping City Süd. The traffic connection for passenger cars is given by the freeway access A2, whereby the superordinate traffic junction Vösendorf can be reached quickly. The purchase of the property has already taken place, the building permit has already been applied for and the preparations for the development of the project are already underway. Attractive interest rates and short term - 6.80% yield for 30 months term

Investors receive an annual interest rate of 6.80% on their invested capital. The interest is distributed to the investors every year. The capital invested is repaid to the investors at the end of the term of a maximum of 30 months.

RENDITY Immediate interest - interest from the 1st day

Investors receive the Rendity Immediate Interest as soon as they deposit their investment, which is paid out as soon as the subscription period expires. With Rendity Immediate Interest, investors receive interest on their invested capital not only for the term of the loan, but also for the period prior to that. Thus, investors receive interest on their investment even during the subscription period. The accrued Rendity Instant Interest is already paid out to the Wallet after the end of the subscription period.

The acquisition of the property has already taken place, the planning phase is in full swing and the building permit has already been submitted. The building permit is expected by the end of 2021, thereupon the start of construction should take place in spring 2022. At the same time as construction starts, sales will also commence.
