The project "Trabeniger Straße" is a new construction project in which 3 semi-detached houses with a living area of approximately 125 m² and a total of 8 residential units with a living area of 61 m² to 91 m² will be built. The development project is located in a good location in the municipality of Wernberg in the district of Villach in Carinthia and offers spacious terraces and balconies. Also 28 parking and carport spaces will be built. In total, the project has a net living area of 1,310 m².
The property is surrounded by all important amenities of the daily needs and is excellently connected due to the proximity to the center of Wernberg as well as Villach. The Südautobahn is only a few minutes away by car, which means that Villach city center can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The Infineon company has also settled in Villach, not far from Wernberg, and only recently completed the shell of a new chip factory. Production is scheduled to start at the end of the 4th quarter of 2021.
The building permit has already been obtained and the start of construction is scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2021. Completion is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2022.

The municipality of Wernberg is located near Villach, between Lake Ossiach, Lake Wörthersee and Lake Faak. Those who want to enjoy summer pleasures in close proximity can do so in the nearby Ossiacher See and Faaker See. Active people decide between hiking trails, running tracks, riding areas and tennis courts. The Drau cycle path, which winds its way across Carinthia, also passes through the municipal area. Popular excursion destinations include the Landskron Monkey Mountain and Damtschach Castle, the Eichelburg and Hohenwart ruins, as well as the small church on Sternberg with a fantastic view of the surrounding area.
Villach
Villach is a city on the Drava River in the Austrian state of Carinthia, not far from the borders with Italy and Slovenia. The city is considered the gateway to the nearby Faaker and Ossiacher lakes as well as the Villach Alps. On the main square, the steeple of the parish church of St. Jacob offers a wide view. Nearby is Schiller Park with the Relief of Carinthia, a large 3D model of the state. On the outskirts of the town is Warmbad-Villach with its thermal baths.
Lake Ossiach
Lake Ossiach is the third largest lake in the Austrian state of Carinthia. It is located northeast of Villach. Lake Ossiach is an important tourist area with about two million overnight stays annually. From the shores of Lake Ossiach, the Kanzelbahn cable car leads to the Gerlitzen, a family adventure mountain with a high ropes course, slope shredders and the best thermals for paragliders. As early as May, the lake beckons visitors to take a refreshing dip - or to cycle around it, past the ruins of Landskron Castle and the former Benedictine Abbey of Ossiach.
Wernberg Castle
Wernberg Castle is a largely Renaissance castle that stands on a rocky outcrop above the Drau River loop east of Villach. It has had numerous owners over the centuries, including the Khevenhüllers and Ossiach Abbey. Today it is a convent of the Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood.
Affenberg Landskron
Affenberg Landskron is a zoo in Villach and also Austria's largest outdoor monkey enclosure with about 160 Japanese macaques. Compared to other zoos, the animal enclosure is semi-free, which means that the animals live in a fenced, wooded area that provides a 40,000 m² habitat for the monkeys. The animals have a huge area at their disposal, of which only a small part is accessible to visitors. This allows the animals to decide for themselves whether they want to be with the visitors or whether they prefer to withdraw.
Lake Faak
Lake Faak is the southernmost bathing lake in Austria and a true natural beauty. The water of Lake Faak shimmers turquoise blue and on the horizon the mountain ranges of the Karawanken rise into the sky. The scenery at Faaker See is truly stunningly beautiful and offers a wonderful vacation in Austria.
