Project Presentation

In Sieghartskirchen near Tulln, where nature meets village charm, a settlement with 29 modern and exclusively equipped residential units is being built. With twenty semi-detached houses, eight terraced houses and one detached house, this project creates the perfect living space for all those who love living in the countryside and appreciate the proximity to the village center. A private forest with its own hiking trail and picnic area, a refreshing bio-pool and attractive private gardens make living here really worthwhile.

The Waldgarten project resembles an idyllic clearing - fenced off from the road, it offers privacy and tranquility and, above all, high added value for families with children. Access to the buildings is via a well-kept private road, which also serves as a safe play street for the children.

Location

Explore the surroundings

The residential complex in Koglerstraße 32-34 convinces with its central location in the heart of the district of Tulln. Stores for daily needs are within walking distance. Childcare and educational facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. Residents appreciate Sieghartskirchen above all for its family-friendly and quiet residential areas and the variety of possible family and leisure activities, such as those offered by the Vienna Woods. But also the Wienerwaldsee offers excellent recreation. It is a shallow reservoir located about 20 km west of Vienna in a quiet fork in the valley between the communities of Purkersdorf, Tullnerbach and Pressbaum.

Auhofcenter

With a total of 140 stores spread over 40,000 m2 of retail space, the Aufhofcenter is the largest shopping center in the west of Vienna. In addition, the shopping mall with international format and flair is the most important economic driver in the region. A total of around 1,100 jobs have been directly created, and a further 200 retail jobs have settled in the surrounding area. The Auhofcenter is the most important local supplier for more than 10,000 people. Approximately 400,000 Viennese and Lower Austrians belong to the catchment area.

Vienna Forest

The Vienna Woods, the easternmost foothill of the Northern Alps, is a mountain group in Lower Austria and Vienna and thus forms the northeastern end of the Alps. The 45 km long and 20 to 30 km wide low mountain range is largely forested and a popular recreational area for the Viennese. Today it is, including the peripheral areas in the megacity Vienna itself, largely completely designated as UNESCO Biosphere Park Vienna Woods.

Lake Vienna Woods

The Wienerwaldsee is a shallow reservoir 20 km west of Vienna. It is located on the Westautobahn in a hollow at the fork in the valley between the municipal districts of Purkersdorf, Tullnerbach and Pressbaum. The Wienfluss and the Wolfsgrabenbach, which flows into the Wien, serve as its tributaries. This was also the name of the reservoir at first, Wolfsgraben-Reservoir. On the northern bank, at the parking lot of the federal road near the weir, stands the monument of Wilhelm Kress. He had an accident here on October 3, 1901 during a test run on the water with his seaplane, which was caught by a gust of wind during a turn just before the dam wall, plunged with its wings into the water and sank. Kress was not injured in this incident.
