The Da Vinci Group has been an established real estate project developer in Austria for almost 25 years now. Our core business is the development of condominiums and single-family homes, both for our private customers and for investors. In addition, we have many years of experience in project planning as well as in the construction and marketing of real estate. The geographical focus is on the Vienna metropolitan area and Mallorca. Since our existence we have been able to develop not only single-family and terraced houses but also more than 30 residential projects and celebrated the 1,000th residential unit in 2016.
